Shipping Policy

We will take every pain to deliver the gifts to the address specified by you, however if the address is found to be wrong and/or not valid we will try to inform the same. But no refunds will be entertained at any cost.

Us2bharat cannot be responsible for a miss-delivery if the receiver of the gift at the address on the order form misguides, damages or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form or impersonates and takes delivery posing himself to be the correct person, 143 shall take due caution at the delivery to deliver the gift to the correct person at the address on the order form but disclaim any responsibility for claims damage and/or compensation.

For prompt delivery we request our customers to specify a land mark like temple, theater, college, hospital, park, school etc in the address and also give the phone number of the receiver or the neighbors phone number. we do not deliver gifts at railway stations and airports.

For in time delivery:

In the interest of the customers we advice to place the orders for perishable items (like flowers cakes and chocolates) at least 1 days before the date of delivery  and for all other gift articles 3 days before the date of delivery  for prompt delivery. We accept late orders only in case of emergency and try our level best to deliver in time.

Us2bharat is making it very clear that the products/services provided in this site are without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied . Us2bharat does not warrant that the products offered will be error free or the defects will be corrected.

Change of Delivery Address

Changes if any in the orders for

		Products( changes must preferably be in the same gift category with same price).
		Address to deliver
		Recipient name
		Message to be added

must be notified in the same working day or within in 8 hours after submitting the order. We shall try our level best to incorporate the changes but are not responsible if the requested change is not incorporated.


About Products

Though we sell some brand named products in this site we do not claim to have any dealer, distribution or special relationship with the owners of the brands. Items are displayed and sold by us as our own commercial venture. Our policy is to purchase the product from a authorized store and fill in any orders received for brand named goods.

Us2bharat shall try to a maximum extend to deliver the products as per the details in the order form by the user. But due to the diversity of the country it is not possible at times to match the product at every destination city and there are possibilities of a variation in general appearance. So Us2bharat reserves a right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond its control and such action shall not be deemed as bad delivery. No disputes shall be brought up on such an issue.

Us2bharat shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form. But any delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from Us2bharat.

Gift orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please take care while Submitting the order form. Remember to click once and allow the system to accept the order. If any duplicate order is generated on your part we shall arrange to refund the amount only after deducting any card company/ bank charges which the transaction would have caused due to the automated system.

Refund claims will be accepted only in event of not delivery due to error on our part.
